Such a service requires trust among its Users and this agreement is intended to enable Users to understand the respective rights and responsibilities of D-classifieds. com and its Users.

D-classifieds.com and its affiliates cannot be liable for the accuracy of the information contained in the service, or the contents of any advertisements, or for claims or omissions therein. None of the foregoing parties shall be liable for any third-party claims or losses of any nature, including, but not limited to, lost profits, punitive or consequential damages.

D-classifieds.com and its affiliates disclaims any warranties expressed or implied on goods or services listed on the service. Sellers assume all risk and liability arising from their offer for sale of any item.

D-classifieds.com reserves the right to edit or delete ads that are not formatted correctly.

D-classifieds.com reserves the right to reject any ad we feel not appropriate.

D-classifieds.com reserves the right to terminate any ad at any time for any reason withour prior notice, if we find that user has provided false or misleading information or has violated the Terms of Service.

D-classifieds.com shall have the right but not the responsibility to remove or edit postings in the site and it is understood that D-classifieds.com will not on any regular basis monitor the site. D-classifieds.com has no obligation to monitor the site to remove such offensive or illegal material.

Users agree not to place any harassing, unlawful, harassing, libelous, threatening, abusive, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable ads/material of any kind or nature. The sale of illegal items on D-classifieds.com is strictly prohibited.

Users agree to indemnify and hold D-classifieds.com and its affiliates harmless with regard to loss or damage experienced through use of this system.

Users agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. Users shall be responsible for all liability and hold D-classified.com harmless from all liability, loss, damage, demands and claims resulting from any transmission, distribution, or storage of material in violation of any applicable local, state, or federal law or regulation. This includes, without limitation, any unauthorized use of material protected by any trademark, copyright, patent or other intellectual property right. Users are also prohibited and shall hold D-classifieds.com harmless from posting any material that violates the rights of privacy of any person, that violates any federal, state or local laws, that is defamatory or libelous. Users may use the information on the site only for the purposes intended to increase exposure or to advertise the product. Users are prohibited from posting extraneous, unwanted or offensive matter.

User understands and agrees that User is responsible for all costs that are incurred in using the service.

D-classifieds.com assumes no obligation to resolve any disputes between Users of the site and all Users agree that D-classifieds.com is released from all claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature, known or unknown, arising out of or in any way related to disputes and/or service that may arise from the use of the site.

In the event D-classifieds.com in its sole discretion determines that any User has violated the terms of participation hereof, it shall have the right to immediately delete any postings on the site, cancellation of the User's account and shall have the right to exclude from any future use any person who may have violated such terms. D-classifieds.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to any person, corporation, or association at any time and to delete any posting or advertisement at any time without notice.

D-classifieds.com reserves the right to amend, alter or modify the terms of the disclaimer at any time without prior notice to its Users. D-classifieds.com may delete, add to, amend or change any services it offers at any time without notice. Any services provided by D-classifieds may be temporarily unavailable from time to time as a result of malfunctioning equipment, loss of power, acts of God, routine maintenance or other reasons and User releases D-classifieds.com from any and all liability, losses, claims or damages resulting therefrom.

Disclaimer of Warranties. User agrees that the use of the service of D-classifieds.com is at User's sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" basis with all faults. D-classifieds.com especially disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. D-classifieds.com specifically disclaims any warranty that the service will meet User's requirements, that the service will be error free, uninterrupted, secure or available at any time. D-classifieds.com disclaims any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of this service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained from this service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of warranties or of liability for incidental or consequential damages so some of the above limitations may not apply to some Users.

User agrees not to make any unauthorized commercial use of the service and not to use information obtained from the service other than what is necessary to participate in the service and complete applicable transactions.

This agreement is binding upon the parties thereto, their heirs, successors and assigns when permitted. User has no right to assign rights or responsibilities under this agreement without the express, written consent of D-classifieds.com. This agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereto and no prior representations or agreements shall be of any force or effect. This agreement may be modified only by D-classifieds.com and by it in writing through posting on its service. All notices to User shall be through email, regular mail or by displaying notices to Users on the service.

All Users of the service are invited to notify D-classifieds.com of any breach by any other User of the terms of participation. Such notification, however, shall not create any responsibility on D-classifieds.com to take any action in connection therewith.
